Brow Lift
The descent of the eyebrow may cause obstruction of vision. A brow lift or forehead lift can be effective in restoring the brow to a more natural position and clearing the field of vision. Careful consideration is given to the individual facial features and the degree of correction required prior to selecting a surgical approach. This procedure can be performed through a number of different incisions:  directly above the brow (direct brow lift) or hidden in a deep forehead skin crease. If lesser degrees of correction are required, the brow lift can be approached through an incision at the interface of the brow skin and hairline (frontal brow lift) or hidden in the scalp hair (coronal brow lift). In select cases, removal of excess eyelid skin (blepharoplasty) may be combined with the brow lift to enhance the result.

Eyelid Surgery
In upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), individual lines and creases of the lids are chosen along natural folds in order to keep the scars as invisible as possible. Excess fat is removed or repositioned; loose muscle and skin are removed. Fine sutures are used to close the incisions, thereby minimizing the visibility of scar.

In lower eyelid surgery, the incision is made in an inconspicuous site along the lash line and smile creases of the lower lid. Excess fat, muscle, and skin are trimmed away, and the wound is closed with fine sutures.

Face Lift
A face-lift (rhytidectomy) reduces the appearance of wrinkles and the sagging of the face caused by age. The facial skin in the face is gently lifted and smoothly repositioned, and the underlying muscle and connective tissue are tightened. After removal of skin and fat, the skin is redraped over the face. For men, the incision is aligned to accommodate the natural beard lines. All incisions usually fall along the hairline or in a place where the skin would naturally crease so that it does not show after the surgery, which begins in the area of the temple hair, just above and in front of the ear and continues under the earlobe and follows the back of the ear, and blends into the hairline. Incisions are closed with fine sutures.

Otoplasty
Otoplasty remodels cartilage and skin to achieve the right form and size of the ear. Cartilage might be trimmed and shaped it into a more desirable form and then secured with sutures to hold the new shape and positions. The incision is just behind the ear, in the natural fold where the ear is joined to the head. Fine sutures are used to close the incision, thereby minimizing the visibility of scar.

Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty enhances facial harmony and restores the proportions of the nose. It may correct impaired breathing caused by structural defects in the nose. Incisions are made inside the nose, where they are invisible. In some cases, an incision is made in the area of skin separating the nostrils. The nasal bone and cartilage may be reduced, augmented or rearranged to create a harmonious nose proportion.

Skin Cancer Surgery
Early diagnosis and treatment ensure the best possibilities for the complete and successful removal of a skin tumor. Resection of the tumor is done in simultaneous cooperation with an onsite histopathology laboratory, which conducts tissue analysis to confirm the complete tumor removal. Small skin defects are closed directly with sutures, resulting in fine scars that follow the natural lines of the face. Large skin defects require reconstruction with a skin graft, a local flap, a pedicled flap or a microsurgical free-tissue transfer (free flap). Reconstruction and closure of the wound is performed with emphasis on preserving facial aesthetics, especially in the sensitive regions of the face: nose, lips and eyelids. Fine sutures are used to close the wounds, thereby minimizing the visibility of scar.
